事象
Built-in-Excel機能を使用する場合、行や列の非表示やグループ化によって、
非表示になっている行や列が存在するExcelファイルを開くとエラーとなります。
具体例
以下のようにグループ化を閉じ、
非表示になっている行や列が存在するExcelファイルがあります。(範囲：B～Z列、3～13行)
このExcelファイルをBuilt-in-Excelで開くと、Automation Device Viewがグレーアウトし、"Assertion failed"エラーが発生します。

対処方法
非表示になっている行や列が無い状態で使用する。
