Method to loop through a specific Excel sheet on DS

One method consists in combining an "Extract Sheet Name" step with a "Loop Sheets" one. Please refer to the information below.

 

Procedure

1. Display the spreadsheet on DS Windows View.

2. In the lower part of the screen, right-click the sheet tab, then left-click "Loop Sheets".

3. Add an "Extract Sheet Name" step.

4. In the Action tab, select next to "Variables", the variable that will store your sheet.

5. In the Finders tab, select "Find At Named Range".

6. In "Range", select the loop range.

7. Add a "Test Variables" step.

8. In "Condition", enter a formula that tests if the variable of step 4 is equal to the name of your specific sheet.
