Steps you cannot use in combination with a Device Automation step in a single robot

Choosing "Smart Re-execution mode" as the "Robot Execution Mode" is a precondition for using Device Automation.
There are however limits in using the "Smart Re-execution mode" as the steps below become inactive, and cannot be used in combination with a Device Automation step in a single robot .
If using the steps below is necessary, please use them in another robot that does not use Device Automation steps.

The "(old version)" notation

If you open in a newer version a robot you have created in a previous one, and the characteristics of the configured steps have changed, their names will be displayed as: "step_name" (old version). There are disparities between the versions depending on which steps characteristics have been changed, but almost all changes before version 9.2 can be recognized in Design Studio because their name will be displaying "(old version)".
